The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Saulius Vaineikis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tímon Weiner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. FC Karamba's Zigmas Mikutavičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save FC Karamba from getting a goal against them. Robin Meier scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zigmas Mikutavičius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Felicien Zehntner took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Zigmas Mikutavičius to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute, Stanislovas Milčius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tímon Weiner was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Joseph Suter kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Tímon Weiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislovas Milčius in the 26th minute of play. Tímon Weiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egidijus Grabauskas in the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Poldi Pfenniger hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Karamba booed when B68 Toftir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Schneider didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustinas Damazeckas struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tímon Weiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Karamba. Zigmas Mikutavičius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Meier in the 32nd minute. Tímon Weiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egidijus Grabauskas in the 37th minute of the match. B68 Toftir's Tímon Weiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustinas Damazeckas in the 39th minute of play. Tímon Weiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egidijus Grabauskas in the 42nd minute of the match. Petras Motiekaitis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. With his leg Zigmas Mikutavičius managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when B68 Toftir's Robin Meier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stanislovas Milčius made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Egidijus Grabauskas notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of B68 Toftir's Tímon Weiner. Tímon Weiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the B68 Toftir defense, Stanislovas Milčius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tímon Weiner. The B68 Toftir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tímon Weiner should have stopped the shot. Augustinas Damazeckas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Zigmas Mikutavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Poldi Pfenniger, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Suter in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Karamba's goalkeeper Zigmas Mikutavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benas Liulys hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Zigmas Mikutavičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felicien Zehntner in the 69th minute of play. Felicien Zehntner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zigmas Mikutavičius having to interfere. Tímon Weiner was a little too slow when Stanislovas Milčius got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-6. 84 minutes into the game, Felicien Zehntner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. B68 Toftir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Karamba the free kick. After 84 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Felicien Zehntner. Zigmas Mikutavičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Meier in the 86th minute of play. Tímon Weiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanislovas Milčius went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded FC Karamba left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than B68 Toftir.
