In the 6th minute, Ulisses Ferraz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariusz Michnik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Wlodzimierz Zacharzewski kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The Defensores de Savóia fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Defensores de Savóia's Ulisses Freire looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mariusz Michnik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Ferreira in the 18th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Zacharzewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natã Cavalcante. Defensores de Savóia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Zacharzewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 30th minute Walmyr Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Michnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LKS Wisła Szczucin's Wlodzimierz Zacharzewski got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Ulisses Ferraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Mariusz Michnik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LKS Wisła Szczucin's Julian Falke got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

In the 53rd match minute, Defensores de Savóia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Carlos Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LKS Wisła Szczucin booed when Defensores de Savóia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. LKS Wisła Szczucin's Mariusz Michnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Ferraz in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Walmyr Ferreira notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of LKS Wisła Szczucin's Mariusz Michnik. Mariusz Michnik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th match minute, LKS Wisła Szczucin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Wos to maneuver through the defense. If Ulisses Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, LKS Wisła Szczucin's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Ferraz came free, but Mariusz Michnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, LKS Wisła Szczucin's goalkeeper Mariusz Michnik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmyr Ferreira. 74 minutes into the game, Defensores de Savóia's Ulisses Ferraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Michnik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Pena in the 80th minute of play forced LKS Wisła Szczucin's goalkeeper Mariusz Michnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Arthur Pena rounded LKS Wisła Szczucin's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-7. 92 minutes into the game, Arthur Pena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariusz Michnik. Arthur Pena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. When the match was over Defensores de Savóia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LKS Wisła Szczucin throughout the match.
