Green Horses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christos Velis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Green Horses's goal looked a bit too open when Petraq Papa came free, but Ignatios Pitsipopakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Green Horses's Christodoulos Symeonas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Musa Gjoka. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. Green Horses's Ignatios Pitsipopakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baki Zhobro in the 25th minute of play. When Periklis Zorbadelos came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Green Horses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Periklis Zorbadelos couldn't finish the play. Christos Velis hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Muka in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignatios Pitsipopakis saved Green Horses from getting behind. LOS BLANCOS's Petraq Papa got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Green Horses's goal looked a bit too open when Mahmut Llakmani came free, but Ignatios Pitsipopakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignatios Pitsipopakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baki Zhobro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LOS BLANCOS's Bato Lamçja got a free kick in the 45th minute. Mahmut Llakmani scored 1-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignatios Pitsipopakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baki Zhobro made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Petraq Papa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ignatios Pitsipopakis, 1-4. Faton Gjoza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of LOS BLANCOS booed when Green Horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Pirtsos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Bekim Hamdiu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ignatios Pitsipopakis skillfully saved the ball. Ignatios Pitsipopakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Muka in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Green Horses getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. In the 71st minute of the match LOS BLANCOS got a corner. Green Horses's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bekim Hamdiu ran over to the corner to take the kick. LOS BLANCOS's Bekim Hamdiu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ignatios Pitsipopakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Musa Gjoka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christodoulos Symeonas went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Baki Zhobro had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Lazaros Teliadis's late challenge caught a LOS BLANCOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lazaros Teliadis helped the player get up and apologised. Lazaros Teliadis hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Green Horses's Periklis Zorbadelos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Musa Gjoka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. The supporters of Green Horses booed when LOS BLANCOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LOS BLANCOS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
