Spectators: 190 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Buys started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Buys kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nils-Åke Svensson. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Nils-Åke Svensson was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Brain Diest capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brain Diest really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. With a little luck, Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson got control of the ball when Edgar Buys tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils-Åke Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brain Diest in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Edgar Buys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Åke Svensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Buys in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils-Åke Svensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Ágætis Byrjun fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Ágætis Byrjun's Edgar Buys looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 minutes of play, Ágætis Byrjun's Edgar Buys made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Åke Svensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils-Åke Svensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brain Diest's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Brain Diest who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson got control of the ball when Edgar Buys tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Brain Diest shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Åke Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brain Diest, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Edgar Buys made a precise shot to the right of Nils-Åke Svensson. Syrianska FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 36th minute, Ágætis Byrjun's Edgar Buys dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Syrianska FF's zone, Robin Willemsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Åke Svensson came out of the goal and Robin Willemsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Buys in the 42nd minute of play. Jens Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Brain Diest who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nils-Åke Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Buys in the 46th minute. A hard shot 47 in the game by Edgar Buys from a close distance when the talented Nils-Åke Svensson managed to make a qualified save. Syrianska FF's players were relieved. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Edgar Buys's late challenge caught a Syrianska FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Buys helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ágætis Byrjun's Edgar Buys got a free kick in the 50th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Buys in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Åke Svensson saved Syrianska FF from getting behind. Nils-Åke Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brain Diest, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Edgard Ax ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Åke Svensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. The supporters of Syrianska FF booed when Ágætis Byrjun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brain Diest didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Willemsen in the 62nd minute of play forced Syrianska FF's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Buys in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 87thth minute of the game Edgar Buys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syrianska FF's Nils-Åke Svensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nils-Åke Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Willemsen in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Edgard Ax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Åke Svensson came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ágætis Byrjun's Edgar Buys. But to his dismay, Edgar Buys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Nils-Åke Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Willemsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Ágætis Byrjun were the better team. Ágætis Byrjun's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
