In the 45th minute, one of Galand FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galand FC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uoti Joensuu was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game, Valentim Aliprando landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Sipi Holtti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polo Bellogin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Galand FC's Sipi Holtti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polo Bellogin in the 95th minute of play. Galand FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
