Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Mendoza Vinuesa pulled a muscle in his back after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jaroslaw Wielowiejski's late challenge caught a Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aureliusz Adamski charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aureliusz Adamski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Polo Bellogin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Dylla having to interfere. Polo Bellogin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alfred Dylla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Polo Bellogin made a kick off. If Urrutia Iruretagoyena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Polo Bellogin came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Real Guayaquil.F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Polo Bellogin couldn't finish the play. If Polo Bellogin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Dylla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 95 played minutes ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Wielowiejski. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
