With a little luck, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Damian Firman got control of the ball when Ief Van den Berghe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ief Van den Berghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Firman having to interfere. After the first half DREAM TEAM WORLD were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jasper De Raeijmaecker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Guipuzkoa in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Nicasio Guipuzkoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jasper De Raeijmaecker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.
