A collision led to Dilgiai getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Vidmantas Bielskis hit a great ball. In the 10th match minute, Real Unión CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Policarpio Perlacia to maneuver through the defense. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Soter Cacho in the 17th minute of play. Eidvilas Rudauskas came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Honrio Moñiz could save by the left post. Iliana Vielva scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ąžuolas Pigulevičius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Soter Cacho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 31st minute, Eidvilas Rudauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Dilgiai getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Eidvilas Rudauskas hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Dilgiai's goal looked a bit too open when Rozarius Buron came free, but Ąžuolas Pigulevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustas Ainis took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honrio Moñiz. Honrio Moñiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Faustas Ainis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honrio Moñiz having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Eidvilas Rudauskas made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Rozarius Buron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rozarius Buron in the 64th minute of the match. Iliana Vielva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius came out and tried to block the shot, but Iliana Vielva slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 66th minute. After 69 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Toribio Guitian. In the 75th minute, Soter Cacho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ąžuolas Pigulevičius. The goal made the score 1-6. Ąžuolas Pigulevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iliana Vielva in the 81st minute of play. Dilgiai's Ąžuolas Pigulevičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Dilgiai from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Dilgiai's Eidvilas Rudauskas got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Dilgiai's Eidvilas Rudauskas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honrio Moñiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Eidvilas Rudauskas got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-6. 93 minutes into the match. Real Unión CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
