In the 14th minute Fabian Resel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Andrzejewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morgan Guignard in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Tadeusz Polakowski hit a great ball. Fabian Resel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. F.C. Sosnowiec were furious when Tobiasz Gozdowski was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of F.C. Sosnowiec:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Saubrigues:s goal. Matthieu Macquet kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Ulryk Klejnowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wincent Skrzypiec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salomon Buffet was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salomon Buffet during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wincent Skrzypiec took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Éluard Coulomb. Éluard Coulomb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Wincent Skrzypiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jules Cointe got a throw-in 76 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Salomon Buffet. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Klejnowski got a free kick in the 78th minute. FC Saubrigues's Hamza Loaëc shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zbyszko Andrzejewski but with some difficulty. Roman Marajda kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Zjawin in the 90th minute of play. Hamza Loaëc shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. F.C. Sosnowiec's Zbyszko Andrzejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 100th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C. Sosnowiec fully deserved thier win.
