F.C. Sosnowiec's Zbyszko Andrzejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. Zbyszko Andrzejewski came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Peycho Kolovski. But to his dismay, Peycho Kolovski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute Fabian Resel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlin Alexov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Kliment Martinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Paun Bosev. Orlin Alexov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Resel in the 28th minute of play. A hard shot by Ilko Garvanov from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Zbyszko Andrzejewski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Zbyszko Andrzejewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peycho Kolovski in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Klejnowski got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Zapryan Dinekov made the kick off in the second half. F.C. Sosnowiec's attentive Ulryk Klejnowski managed to snatch the ball when Nasko Sivov made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. In the 56th match minute, VN SOKOLI-VARNA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velyo Demirev to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Orlin Alexov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Resel. In the 63rd minute, Fabian Resel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Sosnowiec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to VN SOKOLI-VARNA getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Kliment Martinski hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Wincent Skrzypiec managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincent Skrzypiec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlin Alexov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wincent Skrzypiec fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Sosnowiec's protests and gave Wincent Skrzypiec a yellow card for diving instead. Wincent Skrzypiec kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Stavri Videlov. Stavri Videlov's late challenge caught a F.C. Sosnowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stavri Videlov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of F.C. Sosnowiec booed when VN SOKOLI-VARNA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stavri Videlov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The VN SOKOLI-VARNA fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C. Sosnowiec had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
