Sosnowiec's Max Gilespie threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fabian Resel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zbyszko Andrzejewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Cobb, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, Gavião Kyikatejê's Henry Simpson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 33 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Rzeszutko broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Max Gilespie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wincent Skrzypiec. Rod Reidfurd took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Andrzejewski. Zbyszko Andrzejewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 47 minutes into the match, Henry Frew had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbyszko Andrzejewski. F.C. Sosnowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Frew was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Resel made a kick off. Ewan Hughes kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Max Gilespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Resel in the 55th minute of play. With 57 minutes on the clock, Ulryk Rzeszutko commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 58 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Rzeszutko. Sid Park missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 59 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Zbyszko Andrzejewski right hand side. Max Gilespie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincent Skrzypiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zbyszko Andrzejewski made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rod Reidfurd sent off a good shot on target. Ulryk Klejnowski hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Wincent Skrzypiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Gilespie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Gilespie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Skrzypiec in the 72nd minute of the match. Wincent Skrzypiec hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. With a little luck, F.C. Sosnowiec's Zbyszko Andrzejewski got control of the ball when Rod Reidfurd tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Henry Frew who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Sosnowiec's Zbyszko Andrzejewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Gavião Kyikatejê's Henry Simpson got a free kick in the 84th minute.
