An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastian Selmser in the 18th minute of play forced Justice of Wind's goalkeeper Ahmet Emir Seri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Matthias Heimeier fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Unterrudling's protests and gave Matthias Heimeier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Matthias Heimeier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Manuel Kubisch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Unterrudling fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when Justice of Wind was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zaid Özsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bayındır Hastimur during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Justice of Wind was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayındır Hastimur to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Trame made a kick off. After 64 played minutes, FC Unterrudling's Matthias Heimeier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ahmet Emir Seri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Unterrudling reached it. Bastian Selmser struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Ahmet Emir Seri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Unterrudling. The audience was convinced that Zaid Keskinel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Steffen Heeling was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game.
