An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Nayely in the 17th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Özal Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özal Erbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Constancio came free, but Özal Erbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Özal Erbay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Esdras. 24 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Gauargi came free, but Özal Erbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KOO Tigers's Özal Erbay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save KOO Tigers from getting a goal against them. In the 26th match minute, Pendex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Ramos to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute of the match Hüsmen Ötüken shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Haimar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Özal Erbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Gauargi in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Emanuel Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özal Erbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Hüsmen Ötüken shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Haimar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute, Teofilo Constancio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Özal Erbay. The goal made the score 1-1. KOO Tigers were furious when Gökalp Sadiray was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Igor Esdras made the kick off in the second half. Özal Erbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Esdras in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Ramos came free, but Özal Erbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Teofilo Constancio came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Pendex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Constancio couldn't finish the play. When Hüsmen Ötüken fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOO Tigers's protests and gave Hüsmen Ötüken a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, KOO Tigers's Hüsmen Ötüken got a free kick in the 65th minute. Özal Erbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Nayely in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Tajo in the 69th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Özal Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kutalp Akbaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Haimar having to interfere. In the 80th minute Cristian Gauargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özal Erbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Hüsmen Ötüken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özal Erbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 96th match minute, KOO Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğukan Nadi to maneuver through the defense. Pendex were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
