Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Abreu started the match with the kick off. Gold Raiders FC's Savaş Baykal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Arce in the 5th minute of play. Gold Raiders FC's Baturhan Erozan got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alpertunga Yazganalp hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gold Raiders FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Uygur Üstüner hit a great ball. Baturhan Erozan scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cipriano Alvarenga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Göksel Esenboğa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Baturhan Erozan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gold Raiders FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baturhan Erozan got free with Cipriano Alvarenga in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Birmingham Railers FC's Cipriano Alvarenga got control of the ball when Alpertunga Yazganalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Gold Raiders FC's Güven Birsan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Alvarenga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Zé Pedro Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Birmingham Railers FC got a freekick which was hit by Cléber Abraão. 47 minutes into the game, Uygur Üstüner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gold Raiders FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birmingham Railers FC the free kick. After 47 played minutes Gold Raiders FC got a freekick which was hit by Uygur Üstüner. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baturhan Erozan to strike the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faruk Ceyhan in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Gold Raiders FC's Faruk Ceyhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Alvarenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faruk Ceyhan in the 64th minute of play forced Birmingham Railers FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faruk Ceyhan in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cipriano Alvarenga saved Birmingham Railers FC from getting behind. Cipriano Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faruk Ceyhan in the 67th minute of the match. If Faruk Ceyhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uygur Üstüner in the 75th minute of play forced Birmingham Railers FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Birmingham Railers FC booed when Gold Raiders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Esenboğa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso Guedes made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Vítor Ferraz. The supporters of Birmingham Railers FC booed when Gold Raiders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uygur Üstüner didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Birmingham Railers FC's Frank Abreu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Savaş Baykal. That made the score 4-1 after 87 minutes of play. When Alpertunga Yazganalp came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gold Raiders FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alpertunga Yazganalp couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gold Raiders FC had played much better football throughout.
