The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Perlaza Corcoba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Alvarenga was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Hector-Luis Cadrecha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The tension between the Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato and the Birmingham Railers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Perlaza Corcoba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustín Pipa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 94th playminute. Although Birmingham Railers FC had been in control for most of the match, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato still came away with the win.
