Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Terence Quinn to make the kick off. The referee gave Terence Quinn a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Charlotte FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Terence Quinn hit a great ball. Genaro Zepeda came free in the 66th minute and tried to tip the ball over Maksymilian Bury, but to the joy of Szczakowianka's supporters the ball went over. 67 minutes into the game, Szczakowianka's Zbigniew Walkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrew Gauthier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Szczakowianka's Mateusz Kluska in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Nuszkowski during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jessie Amos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szczakowianka walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
