Juventus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Quintana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Matviy Okhrimenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Quintana in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matviy Okhrimenko saved Juventus FC from getting behind. Yarema Kotsabyuk hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jimeno Abarca might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matviy Okhrimenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimeno Abarca ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of C. S. D. Pueyrredón booed when Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuriy Polishko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goalkeeper Matviy Okhrimenko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laureano Quintana. Kostyantyn Ivanenko's late challenge caught a C. S. D. Pueyrredón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kostyantyn Ivanenko helped the player get up and apologised. 73 minutes into the match, C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Laureano Quintana broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Laureano Quintana in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matviy Okhrimenko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Laureano Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matviy Okhrimenko having to interfere. Bruno Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Matviy Okhrimenko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. S. D. Pueyrredón. Leonides Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yarema Kotsabyuk in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Yarema Kotsabyuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yarema Kotsabyuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Urtsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laureano Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matviy Okhrimenko having to interfere. Laureano Quintana's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Matviy Okhrimenko skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Yarema Kotsabyuk hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
