After 5 minutes, Deividas Tarailis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC COSA NOSTRA and the Mestre GG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gytis Vilimavičius acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from João Francisco Mota. In the 7th match minute, Mestre GG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Mota to maneuver through the defense. Gytis Vilimavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Francisco Mota in the 12th minute of the match. Gytis Vilimavičius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernani Lira in the 13th minute. Gytis Vilimavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Francisco Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. FC COSA NOSTRA's Gytis Vilimavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Francisco Mota in the 28th minute of play. FC COSA NOSTRA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Hernani Lira scored to the left of an out of position Gytis Vilimavičius, making the score, 1-0. In the 34th minute Severino Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gytis Vilimavičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gytis Vilimavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Quintal in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virginijus Žalpys was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Francisco Mota in the 53rd minute of play forced FC COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Gytis Vilimavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gytis Vilimavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Mališauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Pinho having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, FC COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentas Vaišvila to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hernani Lira during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Mestre GG's Enio Pinho got control of the ball when Jonas Mališauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Wilian Fonseca notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC COSA NOSTRA's Gytis Vilimavičius. Gytis Vilimavičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Mestre GG's zone, Jonas Mališauskas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enio Pinho came out of the goal and Jonas Mališauskas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Wilian Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gytis Vilimavičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some careless play in the FC COSA NOSTRA defense, Amadeu Pombal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gytis Vilimavičius. The FC COSA NOSTRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gytis Vilimavičius should have stopped the shot. Deividas Tarailis hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. João Francisco Mota was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Fonseca came free, but Gytis Vilimavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gytis Vilimavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After 96 played minutes FC COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Aidas Kareiva. In the 97th minute, João Francisco Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Mestre GG were the better team. Mestre GG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
