When David Palmer came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Schmeissen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Palmer couldn't finish the play. After 17 minutes, Rolland Hall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Antonio HotSPURS and the Schmeissen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to San Antonio HotSPURS getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rolland Hall hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Palmer during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carl Olofsson made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Mike Platt sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to San Antonio HotSPURS getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Wilson Calcagnini hit a great ball. When Schmeissen FC's David Palmer in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Antonio HotSPURS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute Axel Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ollie Marshall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes San Antonio HotSPURS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walter Sefastsson who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Schmeissen FC's Walter Sefastsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Ollie Marshall despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the San Antonio HotSPURS defense, David Palmer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ollie Marshall. The San Antonio HotSPURS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ollie Marshall should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute Stellan Kielberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ollie Marshall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ollie Marshall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, David Palmer made a precise shot to the right of Ollie Marshall. San Antonio HotSPURS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ollie Marshall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Stellan Kielberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Marshall having to interfere. Rolland Hall was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Antonio HotSPURS! In the 45th minute there was a penalty for Schmeissen FC. Axel Beck stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ollie Marshall. 1-3. After the first half Schmeissen FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josef Joiner to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Schmeissen FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Henry Arenstedt hit a great ball. Josef Joiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Olofsson having to interfere. Carl Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Joiner in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Hellqvist in the 59th minute of play forced San Antonio HotSPURS's goalkeeper Ollie Marshall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ollie Marshall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Josef Joiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Olofsson having to interfere. Ollie Marshall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Palmer in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, San Antonio HotSPURS's Wilson Calcagnini got a free kick in the 70th minute. San Antonio HotSPURS's Ollie Marshall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save San Antonio HotSPURS from getting a goal against them. Ollie Marshall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Palmer went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Ollie Marshall had great luck who in the 80thth minute grab hold of the ball when David Palmer from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 82nd minute Schmeissen FC were awarded a corner. Walter Sefastsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Wilmer Muller tried in the 82nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ollie Marshall a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-5. In the 93rd minute Axel Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ollie Marshall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Palmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Ollie Marshall made a huge save. David Palmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Schmeissen FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
