The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boca Jr. FC. 10 minutes into the match, Songurhan Ağın had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruben Harri. Boca Jr. FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Songurhan Ağın was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Arif Memduh Recai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Türk Polis Gücü's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Memduh Recai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Harri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Arif Memduh Recai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Harri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Boca Jr. FC defense, Songurhan Ağın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Harri. The Boca Jr. FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Harri should have stopped the shot. In the 54th minute, Aquiles Galeno sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Türk Polis Gücü's Ataman Soyuer didn't even have to move. After 55 played minutes Türk Polis Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Haşim Rebi. Albino Torres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ataman Soyuer having to make a save. After having played for 62 minutes, Justino Dolcet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Jr. FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Dolcet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruben Harri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Nafiz Yarlık in the 67th minute. Ruben Harri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Türk Polis Gücü's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
