The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 25th minute of the match, 姜昆鹏 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amador Jakue saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 29 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Mundo. After 34 played minutes WOLVES FC got a freekick which was hit by 韩常斌. 梅扬榕 hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 任适战 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After some careless play in the WOLVES FC defense, Alejo Louis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 任适战. The WOLVES FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 任适战 should have stopped the shot. After the first half Leones FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 何银鸿 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Israel Mederi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Amador Jakue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 莫康凌 in the 58th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Emiliano Faro rounded WOLVES FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. In the 71st minute Emiliano Faro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 任适战 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 蒋响克 charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Emiliano Faro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 任适战 came out and tried to block the shot, but Emiliano Faro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 78th minute. A collision led to WOLVES FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. 蒋响克 hit a great ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Alejo Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejo Louis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, WOLVES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Mundo came free, but 任适战 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Jaime Mundo took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for 任适战 to make any attempt to save it. 94 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when 莫康凌 came free, but Amador Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of WOLVES FC booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Mannie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when 莫康凌 came free, but Amador Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
