After having played for 5 minutes, Attilio Fortunato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valdieri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attilio Fortunato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 5 played minutes TZITZIFIES got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Kaldelis. In the 8th minute, one of Valdieri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Valdieri. Elia Cicchini charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elia Cicchini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of TZITZIFIES booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Cabrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Lullo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoros Argyrakos. Isidoros Argyrakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Lullo having to interfere. The supporters of Valdieri booed when TZITZIFIES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkaios Nikolaou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Valdieri's Elia Cicchini got a free kick in the 38th minute. Aurelio Di Lullo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Panagiotis Athanasiadis in the 43rd minute. If Paschalis Tsakiroglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Timos Santorineos made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, TZITZIFIES's Isidoros Argyrakos got a free kick in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the game, Emiliano Cara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdieri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TZITZIFIES the free kick. After a rather tough play, Valdieri's Emiliano Cara got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Timos Santorineos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aurelio Di Lullo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by TZITZIFIES's Alkaios Nikolaou. But to his dismay, Alkaios Nikolaou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 59 played minutes Valdieri got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Mascitti. Timos Santorineos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Lullo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Valdieri defense, Paschalis Tsakiroglou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. The Valdieri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Di Lullo should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vassilis Kortes during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Valdieri booed when TZITZIFIES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vassilis Kortes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paschalis Tsakiroglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Aurelio Di Lullo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panagiotis Athanasiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Lullo having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, TZITZIFIES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alkaios Nikolaou to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Di Lullo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paschalis Tsakiroglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. TZITZIFIES walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
