Ramirez Loredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Eate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. BRUGGE FC were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after AC 1986 Vinalito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Jaramillo took the corner. After 6 played minutes BRUGGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Mayorga. AC 1986 Vinalito's Flavio Magdaleno got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 9 minutes, Daniel Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC 1986 Vinalito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Rosabel having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Lucas Cornejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to BRUGGE FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Americo Canseco hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as AC 1986 Vinalito's Flavio Magdaleno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Osvaldo Rosabel. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Osvaldo Rosabel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celedonio Elia in the 28th minute. Aquiles Cena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramirez Loredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Cena in the 34th minute of play forced AC 1986 Vinalito's goalkeeper Lucio Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35thth minute of the game Celedonio Elia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRUGGE FC's Osvaldo Rosabel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Magdaleno got free with Osvaldo Rosabel in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osvaldo Rosabel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Elia went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Roberto Sazon managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC 1986 Vinalito's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Sazon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Rosabel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Elia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Melquiades Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BRUGGE FC's Felipe Jaramillo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filomeno Steven's late challenge caught a BRUGGE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Steven helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC 1986 Vinalito! When AC 1986 Vinalito's Roberto Sazon in 59 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Osvaldo Rosabel guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Ramirez Loredo charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramirez Loredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AC 1986 Vinalito booed when BRUGGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramirez Loredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Rosabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Elia, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 73rd minute Flavio Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Rosabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, BRUGGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Elia came free, but Osvaldo Rosabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celedonio Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Rosabel having to interfere. After 93 played minutes BRUGGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Jaramillo. After 94 played minutes, AC 1986 Vinalito's Flavio Magdaleno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Rosabel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC 1986 Vinalito reached it. When the referee ended the match the AC 1986 Vinalito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
