A collision led to Cavaliers FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. German Brais hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Chivos's Esteve Distiratsu got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Theobald got free with Esteve Florinio in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Pedro Bieito took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Esteve Florinio to make any attempt to save it. 20 minutes into the game, Pedro Bieito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esteve Florinio. Pedro Bieito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Esteve Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Llorienzo in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Madaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Faustino Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Omero, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Chivos getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Teodoro Inko hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Bieito to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Leopoldo Barrionuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivos's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Barrionuevo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Madaleno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute Pedro Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mariano Palben came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Chivos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Palben couldn't finish the play. Anacleto Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Barrionuevo in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 minutes of play, Cavaliers FC's Silvano Bautista made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Florinio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Chivos booed when Cavaliers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cavaliers FC's Jeronimo Beti was substituted for Jonathan Piearres. Cavaliers FC's Teo Poz was substituted for Vladimiro Aznar. In the 76th match minute, Cavaliers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Piearres to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Faustino Maule fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 83 played minutes, Chivos's Mateo Omero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anacleto Madaleno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chivos reached it. Esteve Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Bautista in the 86th minute of the match.
