After some careless play in the ASC South United defense, Marcos Cordairo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stijn Otten. The ASC South United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stijn Otten should have stopped the shot. A collision led to ASC South United getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Gert van Westerop hit a great ball. Stijn Otten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adan Aritza in the 6th minute. When Everardo Sein fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espirillo FC's protests and gave Everardo Sein a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Espirillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Sein. In the 12th minute of the match, Adan Aritza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Stijn Otten was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Espirillo FC's goalkeeper Isaac Delfino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stijn Otten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Cordairo in the 14th minute. Stijn Otten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Vidal in the 16th minute of the match. Marcos Cordairo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Stijn Otten skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 20 minutes into the game, Espirillo FC's Adan Aritza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stijn Otten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 24th play minute Marcos Cordairo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Stijn Otten. 3-0. Dario Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Stijn Otten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Espirillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mirko Stuijvenberg came free, but Isaac Delfino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Ferrando hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Mirko Stuijvenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, ASC South United's goalkeeper Stijn Otten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Vincent. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Cordairo was the one to do the kick off. Isaac Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert van Westerop in the 57th minute of the match. Tonnie Cales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Isaac Delfino made a huge save. Espirillo FC's Jaime Porfirio was substituted for Adan Aritza. Antonio Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Dario Vincent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espirillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ASC South United the free kick. In the 60th minute, Dario Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Vincent might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stijn Otten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Vincent ran back to his position shaking his head. Stijn Otten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Cordairo in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Antonio Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Espirillo FC booed when ASC South United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert van Westerop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mirko Stuijvenberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 76th playminute. After a rather tough play, Espirillo FC's Honorio Mon got a free kick in the 80th minute. Silvio Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Stijn Otten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Silvio Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stijn Otten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tonnie Cales came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isaac Delfino could save by the left post.
