When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Damaso Bilbo sped through Laziali's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tihomir Zerdev. The supporters of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ booed when Laziali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milen Kaydzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tihomir Zerdev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Bilbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tihomir Zerdev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Bilbo in the 11th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Eustaquio Vincent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laziali's Tihomir Zerdev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Laziali's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isidro Jakes took the corner. The corner ended in Isidro Jakes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laziali's Tihomir Zerdev did a great save. Basilio Etxahun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zlatko Hasin went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Laziali's Dochko Prúchkov got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Isidro Jakes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tihomir Zerdev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.

The wind increased when Damaso Bilbo made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Damaso Bilbo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Bilbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tihomir Zerdev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Etxahun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milcho Tanev in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, Laziali's Kuncho Padarev made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Etxahun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Milen Kaydzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Reynaldo Bastian had several of the Laziali's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 65 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Tihomir Zerdev as he didn't even see the shot coming. 73 minutes into the match, Laziali's goalkeeper Tihomir Zerdev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Vincent. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Damaso Bilbo took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Tihomir Zerdev to make any attempt to save it. Laziali's Tihomir Zerdev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Bilbo in the 81st minute of play. In the 88th minute, Damaso Bilbo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tihomir Zerdev. The goal made the score 2-6. The audience was convinced that Damaso Bilbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tihomir Zerdev was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Eustaquio Vincent struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Tihomir Zerdev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Tihomir Zerdev successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Laziali's Zlatko Hasin got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
