Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Joel Uytterhaegen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Jorne Mesmakers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kenny Henrix. The goal made the score 1-0. LeRoeulx's Kenny Henrix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Reijers in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Racing Matinette booed when LeRoeulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charl Schaerlaekens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match, Joel Uytterhaegen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kenny Henrix was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tommy De Swert's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kenny Henrix firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kenny Henrix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Uytterhaegen, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Boudewijn Wouters put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Racing Matinette booed when LeRoeulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boudewijn Wouters didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Joel Uytterhaegen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LeRoeulx's Kenny Henrix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Joel Uytterhaegen came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Racing Matinette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Uytterhaegen couldn't finish the play. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Matthias De Werdt hit a great ball. Kenny Henrix made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Joel Uytterhaegen sent off a good shot on target. Kenny Henrix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Uytterhaegen in the 35th minute. Matthias De Werdt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jullian Sevenans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Lionel Carpenter made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Matinette's Jullian Sevenans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tommy De Swert got free with Kenny Henrix in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 minutes, Robbie Lefevre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LeRoeulx and the Racing Matinette players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Robbie Lefevre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Jullian Sevenans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lionel Carpenter in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute Charl Schaerlaekens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jullian Sevenans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LeRoeulx's Jarne Huyterhoeven got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Tommy De Swert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Matinette fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Charl Schaerlaekens managed to get in a good position for a shot. LeRoeulx's supporters rose to their feet, but Charl Schaerlaekens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jullian Sevenans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Bert Reijers made a precise shot to the right of Kenny Henrix. LeRoeulx's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Matthias De Werdt hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Joel Uytterhaegen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Henrix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LeRoeulx's Kenny Henrix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy De Swert in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Joel Uytterhaegen notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of LeRoeulx's Kenny Henrix. Kenny Henrix was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Racing Matinette players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
