Tolek Trela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Vierchowod, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Federico Falcioni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Rzegotka in the 21st minute. When Julian Birkenhagen fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szczakersi RACIBUR's protests and gave Julian Birkenhagen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Szczakersi RACIBUR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Birkenhagen to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Szczakersi RACIBUR getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Norbert Jeziorkowski hit a great ball. Szczakersi RACIBUR's Slawomir Rzegotka got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Anselmo Nobile was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Slawomir Rzegotka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szczakersi RACIBUR's supporters rose to their feet, but Slawomir Rzegotka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Falcioni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Ciro Di Felice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to A.c Tre dei Frati getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Federico Feliziani hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Norbert Jeziorkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Falcioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Szczakersi RACIBUR defense, Frank Vinciguerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tolek Trela. The Szczakersi RACIBUR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tolek Trela should have stopped the shot. Zbigniew Jaruzelski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. Szczakersi RACIBUR's Tolek Trela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Vinciguerra in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slawomir Rzegotka made a kick off. Tolek Trela made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Frank Vinciguerra sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Vierchowod in the 53rd minute of play forced Szczakersi RACIBUR's goalkeeper Tolek Trela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Trela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Vierchowod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 played minutes Szczakersi RACIBUR got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Jeziorkowski. Tolek Trela came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by A.c Tre dei Frati's Frank Vinciguerra. But to his dismay, Frank Vinciguerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Fabio Vierchowod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Slawomir Rzegotka fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Tolek Trela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Di Felice in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Szczakersi RACIBUR's goalkeeper Tolek Trela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Vinciguerra. Ettore Miccoli's late challenge caught a Szczakersi RACIBUR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ettore Miccoli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Ettore Miccoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Dobromir Pincoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Vierchowod in the 73rd minute of play forced Szczakersi RACIBUR's goalkeeper Tolek Trela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Jarosiewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Falcioni having to make a save. Tolek Trela made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Fabio Vierchowod sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th match minute, A.c Tre dei Frati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Feliziani to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Dobromir Pincoski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Falcioni skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Frank Vinciguerra took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Tolek Trela to make any attempt to save it. In the 90th minute, Bernardo Iacovacci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, A.c Tre dei Frati's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Jarosiewicz came free, but Federico Falcioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, A.c Tre dei Frati's Anselmo Nobile got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded A.c Tre dei Frati left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Szczakersi RACIBUR.
