Fernando Toscano hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Erubiel Laurentzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benedito Bastos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute of the match, Reynaldo do Nascimento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oscar Leoncio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 14th match minute, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Guilherme Arósio to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Benedito Bastos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute Erubiel Laurentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Laurentzi in the 19th minute of play forced G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Benedito Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Club Almirante Brown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After some careless play in the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ defense, Erubiel Laurentzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedito Bastos. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedito Bastos should have stopped the shot. Benedito Bastos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Maidana's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Erubiel Laurentzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Benedito Bastos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Club Almirante Brown's Erubiel Laurentzi in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chicão Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Reynaldo do Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Leoncio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Leoncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo do Nascimento in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Club Almirante Brown eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
