Enzo FC's Benigno Iliana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Enzo FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasper Munkvold got free with Benigno Iliana in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kasper Munkvold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Benigno Iliana made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Enzo FC's Gualterio Romo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gualterio Romo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Enzo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gualterio Romo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 9th minute, Gualterio Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tore Fagermo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brufoss IL's protests and gave Tore Fagermo a yellow card for diving instead. Tore Fagermo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Edvin Fleischer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brufoss IL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Enzo FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregorio Delfino in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philip Molland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 22 minutes, Enzo Mambru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enzo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Mambru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Philip Molland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Mambru, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 35 minutes, Angelino Serapio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enzo FC and the Brufoss IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. 36 minutes into the match, Enzo FC's goalkeeper Benigno Iliana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kasper Munkvold. Benigno Iliana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kasper Munkvold showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Enzo FC's Angelino Serapio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tore Fagermo, made in the 43rd minute of the game. Enzo Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Molland having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Benigno Iliana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Munkvold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Enzo FC's Angelino Serapio got a free kick in the 51st minute. Benigno Iliana came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Brufoss IL's Odin Grønvold. But to his dismay, Odin Grønvold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Tore Fagermo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Brufoss IL's Kasper Munkvold nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benigno Iliana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Benigno Iliana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Braseth in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Brufoss IL's Philip Molland got control of the ball when Narciso Domenec tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute Kasper Munkvold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Iliana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Enzo FC defense, Kasper Munkvold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benigno Iliana. The Enzo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benigno Iliana should have stopped the shot. When Tore Fagermo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. After 71 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Tore Fagermo. Tore Fagermo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Justo Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Enzo FC defense, Odin Huse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benigno Iliana. The Enzo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benigno Iliana should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute Gregorio Delfino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Molland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brufoss IL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erubiel Garaile was slow to take the kick. During this time Enzo FC's players had a chance to rest. A sloppy throw-in by Kasper Munkvold in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Enzo FC's Angelino Serapio. After 90 minutes, Erubiel Garaile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enzo FC and the Brufoss IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Enzo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Garaile to maneuver through the defense. Enzo FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
