After 16 played minutes Al-Slottshöjden got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Berg. Dieguinho Borges struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jens-Ola Vollander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FIEL ALGUSTA. Remo Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Torsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gilvan Tróia's late challenge caught a Al-Slottshöjden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remo Munhoz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Bergstedt to make the kick off. The supporters of Al-Slottshöjden booed when FIEL ALGUSTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelinho Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bergstedt in the 89th minute of play forced FIEL ALGUSTA's goalkeeper Remo Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remo Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Stålman in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Martin Bergstedt made a precise shot to the right of Remo Munhoz. FIEL ALGUSTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Al-Slottshöjden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
