The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 3rd match minute, Grandi Lupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferenc Szentesi to maneuver through the defense. Grandi Lupi's Koppány Angyal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Grandi Lupi from getting a goal against them. After 11 played minutes Grandi Lupi got a freekick which was hit by Gáspár Kónya. With his leg Koppány Angyal managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Gol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 13th minute, Róbson Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian de Sousa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 16thth minute of the game Memphis Xande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grandi Lupi's Koppány Angyal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper Koppány Angyal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xande Gol. Koppány Angyal was a little too slow when Haroldo Tepedino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Szilárd Mayer came free, but Silvinho Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koppány Angyal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Memphis Xande in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Xande Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Koppány Angyal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Koppány Angyal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Memphis Xande in the 37th minute of the match. If Xande Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Koppány Angyal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Gol in the 40th minute of play. Attila Boda kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. A hard shot by Memphis Xande from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Koppány Angyal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Silvinho Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attila Boda in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Márk Dala made a kick off. Tibor Pálffy hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Memphis Xande in the 56th minute of play forced Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper Koppány Angyal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes of play, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xande Gol made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Koppány Angyal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute Haroldo Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koppány Angyal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koppány Angyal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Gol in the 74th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Grandi Lupi defense, Haroldo Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Koppány Angyal. The Grandi Lupi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Koppány Angyal should have stopped the shot. The supporters of New Joinville - FSCMZ booed when Grandi Lupi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gáspár Kónya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Memphis Xande shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Koppány Angyal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in New Joinville - FSCMZ reached it. Koppány Angyal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto do Nascimento in the 95th minute of play forced Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper Koppány Angyal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
