After a defensive mix-up in SupremEs Divor - Ej KM's zone, Eraldo Monaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christer Sandwall came out of the goal and Eraldo Monaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Bergström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eraldo Monacos short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Christer Sandwall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 31 played minutes Glasgow Rangers FC got a freekick which was hit by Comunardo Zollino. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Eraldo Monaco put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Christer Sandwall. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Marzoli in the 40th minute of play forced SupremEs Divor - Ej KM's goalkeeper Christer Sandwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Glasgow Rangers FC's Eraldo Monaco made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Sandwall was left in no man's land by his defense there!

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Glasgow Rangers FC fully deserved thier win.
