Carmo De Kiev's Thiago Junior nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, RACINGUS's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Junior came free, but Felix Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Adolfo Libertad fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RACINGUS's protests and gave Adolfo Libertad a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes RACINGUS got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Libertad. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Thiago Junior got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, RACINGUS's goal looked a bit too open when Erivaldo Bastos came free, but Felix Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Thiago Junior put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Felix Pello. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Junior in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Pello saved RACINGUS from getting behind. Gerardo Tiadoro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Baltazar Velasco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the RACINGUS defense, Erivaldo Bastos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Pello. The RACINGUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Pello should have stopped the shot. Baltazar Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Felix Pello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Andrade's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Baltazar Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Arias in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, RACINGUS's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Junior came free, but Felix Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Thiago Junior's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Pello was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, Sandro Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Andrade in the 44th minute of play forced RACINGUS's goalkeeper Felix Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The RACINGUS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F.C. Carmo De Kiev were winning 1-3.

RACINGUS's Matias Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. RACINGUS's Adolfo Libertad got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Adolfo Libertad off the ground. Carmo De Kiev's protests and gave Erivaldo Bastos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of RACINGUS booed when F.C. Carmo De Kiev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erivaldo Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes in the game, Edmundo Andrade dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 91st minute, Carlos Alberto da Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. In the 94th minute, RACINGUS's Cosme Eguntsenti seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cosme Eguntsenti the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RACINGUS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cosme Eguntsenti had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 94th minute, one of RACINGUS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RACINGUS. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
