Noe Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Saraiva in the 13th minute of play. Válbson Saraiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noe Aballe having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Serginho Arantes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noe Aballe was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the match, Tiki Taka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Saraiva came free, but Noe Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA were furious when Sílvio Luís Trigo was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Sílvio Luís Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Aloísio Martins was substituted for Válbson Saraiva. After 32 played minutes INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luís Trigo. After 33 played minutes INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Borges. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Etxahun Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiki Taka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Etxahun Abeijon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Little breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Naike Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tiki Taka FC defense, Claudinei Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noe Aballe. The Tiki Taka FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noe Aballe should have stopped the shot.

The wind increased when Lisandro Abascal made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Aloísio Martins got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabinho Queiroz in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noe Aballe saved Tiki Taka FC from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Serginho Arantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noe Aballe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 87 minutes into the game, Ibar Abalos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiki Taka FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tiki Taka FC's Ibar Abalos got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Fabinho Queiroz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Noe Aballe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Azevedo in the 93rd minute.
