After 20 played minutes IGUIPORÃ FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Chaves. Thanks to some nice moves 谢峰建 could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Carlos Carioca however easily saved by the left post. Carlos Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 谢峰建, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksander Eriksrud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Sergipano in the 31st minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Gandalf Popescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Fc S.Zaharesti's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Chaves came free, but Aleksander Eriksrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Eriksrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 44 minutes, Cristian Buinton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc S.Zaharesti and the IGUIPORÃ FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Cristian Buinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. He Shi Yu scored 1-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksander Eriksrud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alberto Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 55 played minutes IGUIPORÃ FC got a freekick which was hit by He Shi Yu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Buinton in the 58th minute of play forced IGUIPORÃ FC's goalkeeper Carlos Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Gustavo Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Eriksrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Carioca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
