In the 13thth minute of the game Jakob Browall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Triesen's Mentor Auderset was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lorenzo Guerreiro took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Flink. Nils Flink dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute, Bernhard Kathan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Triesen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Bo Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Julio O'Connell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Kathan in the 25th minute of play forced Paradox FC's goalkeeper Nils Flink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mentor Auderset stood somewhat misplaced when Jakob Browall came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 31 minute. Jakob Browall in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Paradox FC's Laureano Quinito got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, FC Triesen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Todeschini to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakob Browall was the one to do the kick off. The Paradox FC fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Paradox FC's Laureano Quinito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rasmus Lenberg hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Mentor Auderset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jakob Browall's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. The Paradox FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Paradox FC's Jakob Browall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Norberg in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mentor Auderset saved FC Triesen from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Tymoteusz Barycz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chrstoph Röckle's late challenge caught a Paradox FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chrstoph Röckle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute Lorenzo Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Flink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, FC Triesen's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Browall came free, but Mentor Auderset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Browall in the 81st minute of play forced FC Triesen's goalkeeper Mentor Auderset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Paradox FC booed when FC Triesen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Guerreiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mentor Auderset didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paradox FC's Jakob Browall shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
