An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Lizbeth in the 7th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Hasan Fuleager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Hasan Fuleager had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximino Goi. Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 11th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Oper in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beat Leutwyler saved B68 Toftir from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Maximino Goi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hagbard Ribov to maneuver through the defense. Beat Leutwyler came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Strib Galacticos IF's Hagbard Ribov. But to his dismay, Hagbard Ribov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 32nd minute of the match. Hasan Fuleager was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lázaro Lizbeth. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Oper in the 37th minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Oper might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beat Leutwyler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Oper ran back to his position shaking his head. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Oper in the 38th minute of play. Strib Galacticos IF's Hasan Fuleager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 40th minute of play. Beat Leutwyler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Oper, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the game, Kang Ting Qing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strib Galacticos IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave B68 Toftir the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Strib Galacticos IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of B68 Toftir:s goal. Lázaro Lizbeth received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hasan Fuleager came out and tried to block the shot, but Lázaro Lizbeth slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hasan Fuleager stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 56th match minute, B68 Toftir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmie Nyemanting to maneuver through the defense. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hagbard Ribov in the 71st minute of play. Hasan Fuleager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Lizbeth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Kolb came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Andres Oper got a free kick in the 77th minute. B68 Toftir made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Blomberg replaced Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Andres Oper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Bengt-Arne Blomberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hasan Fuleager. Strib Galacticos IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt-Arne Blomberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Strib Galacticos IF getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Reinhard Duse hit a great ball. Hasan Fuleager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Lizbeth in the 89th minute of the match. Hasan Fuleager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Blomberg in the 90th minute of play. Andres Oper took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beat Leutwyler. Beat Leutwyler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. B68 Toftir were furious when Hüseyin Akbulatov was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in B68 Toftir fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! B68 Toftir:s Beat Leutwyler showed great skill when he stopped Mike Tyson:s penalty. Strib Galacticos IF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though B68 Toftir had controlled the match.
