After 2 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Confesor. Margus Niilus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Quin in the 5th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, FUTEBOL ARTE's Vítor Peixoto made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Cordarryl was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Peixoto came free, but Victorio Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Peixoto in the 13th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Victorio Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vítor Peixoto who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Vítor Peixoto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victorio Cordarryl quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 20 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Peixoto came free, but Victorio Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Henric to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Pitta in the 25th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Victorio Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Claudinho Pitta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Victorio Cordarryl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnaldo Cresconio's late challenge caught a FUTEBOL ARTE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Cresconio helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Cresconio. 33 minutes into the match, FUTEBOL ARTE's Claudinho Pitta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorio Cordarryl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FUTEBOL ARTE were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vítor Peixoto took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Jairo Jacinto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Peixoto in the 36th minute of play forced ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Victorio Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio Cordarryl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulises Manuelo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Victorio Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Margus Niilus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Quin in the 46th minute of the match. Horacio Confesor kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half FUTEBOL ARTE were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Narciso Xabat made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, FUTEBOL ARTE's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Confesor came free, but Margus Niilus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorio Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Claudinho Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FUTEBOL ARTE's Vítor Peixoto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorio Cordarryl. That made the score 1-6 after 63 minutes of play. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ made a substitution. Aurelio Laurgain replaced Gaspar Chuse. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vítor Peixoto was slow to take the kick. During this time FUTEBOL ARTE's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Horacio Confesor got a free kick in the 70th minute. Vítor Peixoto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victorio Cordarryl came out and tried to block the shot, but Vítor Peixoto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 73rd minute. Victorio Cordarryl was a little too slow when Ulises Manuelo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 81st minute Vítor Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ defense, Claudinho Pitta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorio Cordarryl. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Cordarryl should have stopped the shot. The supporters of FUTEBOL ARTE booed when ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Confesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Vítor Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorio Cordarryl was a little too slow when Vítor Peixoto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-11. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FUTEBOL ARTE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
