Lixandro Salgueiro struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay Buceo B.F. Uruguay Buceo B.F's Arrigo Di Maria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Mănescu in the 18th minute of play. Tudor Ionașcu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arrigo Di Maria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Arrigo Di Maria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Mănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daunte Simancas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Caranfil having to interfere. Arrigo Di Maria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Ionașcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavon Murieta in the 26th minute of play. Sabin Corcoveanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arrigo Di Maria having to make a save. After 29 minutes, Carlos Narbona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay Buceo B.F and the Club Vertigo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Uruguay Buceo B.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Narbona didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tudor Ionașcu came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Club Vertigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudor Ionașcu couldn't finish the play. Ovidiu Caranfil didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Uruguay Buceo B.F's Xavon Murieta shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emesto Villaro got free with Ovidiu Caranfil in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavon Murieta in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Caranfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, Uruguay Buceo B.F's Donostia Orbañanos got a free kick in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavon Murieta in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavon Murieta in the 67th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st match minute, Club Vertigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Ionașcu to maneuver through the defense. Ovidiu Caranfil came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay Buceo B.F's Xavon Murieta. But to his dismay, Xavon Murieta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Vertigo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Uruguay Buceo B.F.
