ZAFIRO FC's Carlos Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob Albuquerque in the 18th minute of play. Marco Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jacobo Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jacob Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacob Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Carlos Montenegro made a huge save. If Marco Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacob Albuquerque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Montenegro having to make a save. Carlos Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Albuquerque in the 28th minute of play. Jacobo Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Gervasio Txaran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZAFIRO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Candela FC the free kick. Jacob Albuquerque received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Montenegro came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacob Albuquerque slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Jacob Albuquerque dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Montenegro, 2-0. 42 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when La Candela FC's Jacob Albuquerque fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. La Candela FC's Jacobo Urdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Pero in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Pero to strike the kick off in the second half. La Candela FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gonzalo Soin in the 55th minute. Jacobo Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Jacob Albuquerque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Montenegro having to make a save. Carlos Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Bernardo Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Laurenz Goddez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, ZAFIRO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laurenz Goddez came free, but Carlos Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damian Servando scored 4-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. La Candela FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
