The Bieganów SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roch Kalinowski should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Artur Skwira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stamen Kapitanov. The goal made the score 1-3. Roch Kalinowski came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Builder Sofia's Exequiel Zeballos. But to his dismay, Exequiel Zeballos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Roch Kalinowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Exequiel Zeballos in the 29th minute of the match. With 31 minutes on the clock, Ravi Akiva commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Roch Kalinowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Skwira got free with Stamen Kapitanov in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Builder Sofia's Murilo Pirani quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zbyszko Kordalewski, made in the 41st minute of the game. In the 42nd minute Exequiel Zeballos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Kalinowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artur Skwira to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game Zbyszko Kordalewski did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Artur Skwira. In the 59th minute Dobri Zhablenski suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Memphis Depay's late challenge caught a FC Builder Sofia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Memphis Depay helped the player get up and apologised. FC Builder Sofia made a substitution. Yakup Denizcan replaced Dobri Zhablenski. Memphis Depay hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, FC Builder Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Grelsson to maneuver through the defense. Sten Askestät could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Roch Kalinowski made a huge save. Roch Kalinowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Askestät in the 71st minute. Sten Askestät received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Roch Kalinowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 played minutes FC Builder Sofia got a freekick which was hit by Yakup Denizcan. In the 82nd match minute, FC Builder Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Grelsson to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Askestät in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roch Kalinowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Builder Sofia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
