An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Bury in the 3rd minute of play forced ASTRONAUCI's goalkeeper Grzegorz Skarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was Marcu Tomoioagă who took care of the corner kick. 7 minutes into the game, Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Zăreanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Grzegorz Skarpiak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 12th minute, Andrew Harrison reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Grzegorz Skarpiak. The goal made the score 2-0. With a little luck, ASTRONAUCI's Grzegorz Skarpiak got control of the ball when Dorin Zăreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match, Iustinian Burdujan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grzegorz Skarpiak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 33 minutes into the match, ASTRONAUCI's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Bury came free, but Grzegorz Skarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes, Boleslaw Zbytniewski made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 minutes, Rafal Sikola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASTRONAUCI and the Balaceanu UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Sikola in the 86th minute of play. Jurand Kaczynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dorin Orghidan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grzegorz Skarpiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorin Zăreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Dorin Orghidan made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Anier Mel sent off a good shot on target. Balaceanu UFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
