An unexpectedly hard shot by Aymerick Tourrette in the 22nd minute of play forced Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper Bruno Renan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Renan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurélien Mussard in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Youri Borderie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Bruno Renan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Fachtna Duggan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Rivera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fachtna Duggan in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute U.S.Normande were awarded a corner. Aymerick Tourrette went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47thth minute of the game Fachtna Duggan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U.S.Normande's Ismael Rivera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Youri Borderie made a kick off. Mayhem Sharks's Bruno Renan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youri Borderie in the 59th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Aymerick Tourrette notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Mayhem Sharks's Bruno Renan. Bruno Renan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the match, Mayhem Sharks's goal looked a bit too open when Youri Borderie came free, but Bruno Renan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Renan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Youri Borderie, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 88th minute Youri Borderie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Renan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Renan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aymerick Tourrette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that U.S.Normande were the better team. U.S.Normande's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
