The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Montenegro got free with Petruț Arapașu in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantin Bădila in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu got control of the ball when Niilo Mikkola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Constantin Bădila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinei Pinheiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Petruț Arapașu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Falcão in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Constantin Bădila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Pricop in the 52nd minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes SeleSantos FC got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Ortiz. In the 56th minute, Aristide Mugur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Törnqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Pricops short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Dinei Pinheiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Constantin Bădila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. The supporters of SeleSantos FC booed when ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebiu Banica didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Gigi Stanciu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SeleSantos FC the free kick. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mihai Musta hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goal looked a bit too open when Niilo Mikkola came free, but Petruț Arapașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
