Jonathan Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Ekegren in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Yaman Academy® booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Cavaco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Gelu Albeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juoksengi's Mats Jakobsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Juoksengi from getting a goal against them. Mats Jakobsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dries Mertens in the 31st minute. Mats Jakobsson was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Dries Mertens capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dries Mertens really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mats Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dries Mertens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yaman Academy®'s Dries Mertens got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dries Mertens in the 42nd minute of play forced Juoksengi's goalkeeper Mats Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juoksengi's attentive Lennart Gunnarsson managed to snatch the ball when Fernando Carballeira made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dries Mertens made a kick off. Dries Mertens scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Jakobsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Yaman Academy® getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Fernando Carballeira hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goal looked a bit too open when Dries Mertens came free, but Mats Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Juoksengi's goalkeeper Mats Jakobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mats Jakobsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dries Mertens went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, Kant Spring hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Dries Mertens put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mats Jakobsson. Emran Özender took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mats Jakobsson. Mats Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 81 minutes into the game, Yaman Academy®'s Dries Mertens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mats Jakobsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Yaman Academy®'s Mustafa Hakan Erçelik was substituted for Emran Özender. 86 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goal looked a bit too open when Dries Mertens came free, but Mats Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juoksengi's Mats Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries Mertens in the 89th minute of play. Stefan Bock kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Dries Mertens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Mats Jakobsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Yaman Academy® were the better team. Yaman Academy®'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
