Dries Mertens started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Dries Mertens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Carno FK's King Benne got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Altan Andaç shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hayrullah İrfanoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Şenel Rafet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Navarro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Yaman Academy®'s Jonathan Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Yaman Academy® from getting a goal against them. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dries Mertens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dries Mertens in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hayrullah İrfanoğlu saved Carno FK from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Carno FK's Jonathan Navarro threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Victoro Soto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Douglas Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jonathan Navarro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoro Soto in the 32nd minute of play forced Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Jonathan Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Victoro Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Yaman Academy®'s Jonathan Navarro got control of the ball when Douglas Damião tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dries Mertens might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hayrullah İrfanoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dries Mertens ran back to his position shaking his head. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dries Mertens, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Yaman Academy®'s Bastiaan Heirremans got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries Mertens in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Damião made a kick off. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Dries Mertens sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Damião in the 58th minute of play forced Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Jonathan Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porfirio Olarte kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carno FK's goalkeeper Hayrullah İrfanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoro Soto, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Carno FK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Nurettin Tun hit a great ball. Victoro Soto might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victoro Soto ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Yaman Academy®'s Buck Barugh got a free kick in the 79th minute. Yaman Academy®'s Altan Andaç shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hayrullah İrfanoğlu but with some difficulty. 93 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Damião came free, but Jonathan Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoro Soto, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Carno FK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
