The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Fanuco got free with Bøje Dyssen in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Teobaldo Bayo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bøje Dyssen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Juliszew SSA's Zhuo Xuan Yu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Mæhle in the 21st minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Rikki Askhim heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The crowd rose to their feet as Cecilio Fanuco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bøje Dyssen. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Wasyl Galaska hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Juliszew SSA's Wilhelm Salamonsen got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Ree was the one to do the kick off.
