An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Hedenskog in the 21st minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Pierres in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Paulo Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Örtendal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Boberg's late challenge caught a Guanacos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Angelino Clemencin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guanacos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Melquiades Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Orlandus was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Stellan Lund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stellan Lund really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 47th minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Örtendal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ocean´s Eleven players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guanacos were winning 1-2.

In the 50th match minute, Ocean´s Eleven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Torsberg to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Pierres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Örtendal made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, Ocean´s Eleven's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Clemencin came free, but Sven-Olof Örtendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Clemencin took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Örtendal. Sven-Olof Örtendal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Lund in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Hedenskog in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Orlandus saved Guanacos from getting behind. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ocean´s Eleven's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Örtendal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Angelino Clemencin notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Ocean´s Eleven's Sven-Olof Örtendal. Sven-Olof Örtendal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ocean´s Eleven made a substitution. Mads Fenger replaced Karl-Magnus Torsberg. Ocean´s Eleven's Leon Black was substituted for Henrik Hedenskog. Guanacos made a substitution. Amadeo Nabar replaced Melquiades Librado. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Angelino Clemencin took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Sven-Olof Örtendal to make any attempt to save it. In the 90thth minute of the game Paulo Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ocean´s Eleven's Sven-Olof Örtendal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Olof Örtendal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Nabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Sven-Olof Örtendal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Pierres showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-8 in the 93 minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Angelino Clemencin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven-Olof Örtendal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-9. Guanacos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
