Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Joks in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes Minerul Baita -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bob Rock who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cyryl Joks almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar did a great save. In the 20th minute Saul Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Bob Rock got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nistor Maghiar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the game, Dudu Georgescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minerul Baita -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional de Rolândia the free kick. Cédric Payen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nistor Maghiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Jaen in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Dudu Georgescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Minerul Baita -MM-'s Dudu Georgescu in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nacional de Rolândia's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saul Jaen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Minerul Baita -MM-'s Dudu Georgescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Victor Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cédric Payen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cédric Payen took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Negri. Victor Negri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Victor Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Georgescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Saul Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional de Rolândia's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nistor Maghiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bob Rock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nistor Maghiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saul Jaen had several of the Minerul Baita -MM-'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Nistor Maghiar as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 76th minute Bob Rock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bob Rock's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Nistor Maghiar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Allan Shearer in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Negri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Shearer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minerul Baita -MM-'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
